Toon Me Challenge!

I know I'm kinda late to this but I am really busy at the moment. This looked like fun so I wanted to try it! I haven't done hair in photoshop until now and in a long time in general. I noticed I have to shake some dust off there, but I'm happy enough with how it turned out here anyway.
As you can see, the original picture wasn't a square, so I had to extend the simple "background" on the right side. But I really wanted the drawing to be square.
